Katie Doran - Studio, Braintree
The last couple of months i have been teaming up with friend and fellow photographer Paul Bocking. We have been able to use a garage space to set up some lights and background and just have fun shooting.
We shot with the fabulous Amie tail end of September and she wanted to shoot again - this time she asked her good friend Katie to join in the laughs. I have shot with Katie once before and loved everything about her. She is very funny and knows how to bring emotion to images, this helps when she has some acting and dance background!
Both myself and Katie wanted to shoot wet hair portraits - nothing complicated but something that will still look fantastic. Originally these were converted to black and white but i really liked how the gritty editorial vibe came through. Katie is a fantastic human being and i generally love working with her and long may it continue!
